    DELIVERY

    Your order will be dispatched from our ethical fashion studio in Bali, Indonesia via DHL.

    Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

    We ship between business hours on Monday to Friday. For in stock items, we will ship it out the next day but certain items are made to order and can take up to 5 business days before we pack and ship.

    If you are unsure whether the item is in stock, please send us an enquiry through our live chat to confirm.

    Please choose the transit time that suits you when you place your order and allow additional days for processing and customs. We don't ship on holidays.

    We offer label and packaging including garment label, care label, hang tag and eco-friendly polybag that you can custom with your branding. You can shop your label and packaging here.

    Manual Order

    Should you wish to order our Private Label combined with Custom Designs order (sample order & production order using your own design), you may place your order manually by filling out this Production Order form here and submit to us at hello@tialsstudio.com
