Order Terms & Conditions

By ordering from our website (privatelabel.tialsstudio.com), you (the Buyer), accept the following terms:

Timeline
• Bulk production will start 2 - 3 business days after the order and payment has successfully been received.
• The estimated lead time begins once the fabrics and trims are in-house.
• The Buyer accepts the general sampling lead times.
• The manufacturer offers a ready-to-made design that is customizable.
• The Buyer accepts that once the order is placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled or revised.
• The Buyer is responsible for filling in the order form with the correct information for the manufacturer to process.
• The Buyer understands that the sample kit includes the fit sample in any available color with full fabric swatches, sample of labeling and packaging.
• The customizations of private label styles are limited to color, embroidery or print.
• The private label styles construction and sizing cannot be tailored.
• The manufacturer will update the delivery tracker number prior to the shipment.

Payment & Pricing
• 100% of payment due at time of order including estimated shipping costs.
• Any additional costs such as but not limited to set up costs for printing and embroidery, surcharges for dyeing, additional fabric purchase may be billed separately at written notice.
• Buyer accepts that the manufacturer can adjust the price according to the sample needs.
• The Buyer agrees to the Private Label (in Ready Stock Color) MOQ of 90 per style and can be split into 3 colors; 30 units per color.
• The Buyer agrees to the Private Label (in Catalogue Color) MOQ of 150 per style and can be split into 3 colors; 50 units per color.
• A surcharge of $300 applies to order below 300 units.

Delivery, damages & defects
• The Buyer must pay any custom import fees associated with the shipment and failure to make payment to their local custom’s office may result in the package being sent back to manufacturer.
• If the above event happens, the Buyer will have to pay to re-ship the package to their address.
• The Buyer releases the manufacturer of any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged shipments and will seek to rectify this with the shipping company.
• The manufacturer will send item(s) that pass the quality control checks and will submit a report prior to shipment to the Buyer for approval.
• If there are any defects in the product the Buyer must submit the claim via email within 7 days of receiving the item(s), and show substantial proof to the manufacturer to obtain a replacement or a refund.

Working conditions
The manufacturer agrees to pay their workers a fair wage and maintain good working conditions.

Work Product Ownership
All custom designs and images of the product are the property of the manufacturer, and shall not be shared, publicized, sold, licensed, or reproduced without the express written consent of the manufacturer.
