Yes, with our Private Label programme you may skip the sampling process and straight to bulk production. However, you can order the sample kits here if you wish to receive the products sample (with a shorter lead time) before placing a bulk production order.

Ethical manufacturing is a holistic approach to the manufacturing process that focuses on good health for all involved. Our team is our family and we must make sure that they are treated fairly and receive the compensation they deserve. This means that they get paid higher than the standard minimum wage and that they have access to health insurance, retirement plans, and paid holidays. We also provide a safe working environment for our team here in Bali at our studio and everyone here works at will. In fact, most of our workers have been with us since our inception in 2013. We are family at TIALS Studio, we are also against forced labor and child labor and we make sure that we work with suppliers that are in line with our values too.

All of our Private Label styles are ready-to-made, which means their constructions are not adjustable and should you wish to custom the design, we recommend placing a complete "Custom Design" order.

We can certainly produce a design based on your request through our Custom Design programme and Factory-ready Techpack. At TIALS Studio, we can also help you to create Factory-ready Techpack creations. Discover more here.

We arrange shipping through DHL door to door service or we can work with your choice of cargo company. Shipping cost can quickly add up depending on weight and size of shipment. You also need to factor customs import taxes and duties. We strongly suggest you do your own research as well.

Yes, of course. We will provide you with details accordingly and assist you with coordinating the shipment.

It depends on your delivery address and country as well as which shipping method you need to use an you will see this details once you're on the check out page.

For manual order via Email, you can include your delivery address in the SOF for us to estimate the shipping cost.

We have competitive rates with DHL Express, which delivers within 4-5 business days anywhere in the world. Shipping costs can start at $1 a piece using a freight forwarding company. We are also able to ship using your courier accounts or for bulk orders we can also quote you air or sea freight with one of our consolidators.

All our styles are ready to be ordered in sizes XS to XXL. Please be informed that our pricing is subject to change, and pricing for sizing L - XXXL can be different. If you need a custom size, please contact us hello@tialsstudio.com. In the event you need a custom size, grading charges will apply.

You are able to choose from our colour chart and able to do embroidery or printing.

The cost for bulk order depends on the style you are interested in and will adjust depending on the quantity, colourway and printing or embroidery technique. To get a real time quote you can customise your design in the product page and build your collection order including the packaging.

We offer single sample pricing on each product which will include the sample and the fabric swatches or you can order a Sample Kit which will include a mix of our designs as well as all the fabric swatches we use for our private label.

Our Sample Kit is helpful if you want to see the fit and quality of our private label designs and would like to get an overview of all the fabrics used in our private label collection.
