Shipping & Delivery Information
Your order will ship from our ethical fashion studio in Bali, Indonesia and our pricing excludes shipping delivery.
DELIVERY & TRANSIT TIMES
We ship between business hours on Monday to Friday. For in stock items, we will ship it out the next day but certain items are made to order and can take up to 5 business days before we pack and ship. If you are unsure whether the item is in stock, please send us an enquiry through our live chat to confirm.
For orders that require split shipment, you will be charged one shipping price that is a combination of two rates and for that you will be provided with two tracking numbers.
Please choose the transit time that suits you when you place your order and allow additional days for processing and customs. We don't ship on holidays.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Custom laws vary, and we suggest that you check with your local customs office if import fees apply. We do not cover any local customs fees that may apply upon international deliveries.
COVID-19 update: Please make sure your shipping address is accepting mail. All returned packages will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
